SCS Challenge Cards

Thursday's Ways To Use It Challenge at SCS, make a mess, use splatter on our cards.  I used watercolor paints to draw the lines and to make my splatters.  And, I had a piece of drywall tape which I sponged over in navy ink.   I added the paper flowers and thread.

Wednesday was sketch day.  I used die cuts on this and printed out a small piece of sheet music.  Added a burlap heart and attached the button.

Teapot Tuesday at SCS.  Our cards are being sent to Canada to a woman who has been diagnosed with breast cancer.  She loves plants and flowers but also loves the mountains and beaches.  Although the challenge was to use plants and flowers on our creations, I went with a mountain and water scene.  I love this waterfront set from Stampin' Up!

For the CAS challenge at SCS, we were asked to use blocks of color on our cards.  I initially wanted to use three different colors but somehow ended up with this, which I liked.

Thanks so much for looking.
